FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • There is lots of parking available at Squalicum Harbor in Front of Gate 7. Our Dock is located at 2505 N. Harbor loop, Bellingham 98225. You can unload at the head of the dock and park in one of the spaces along the walking path or out by Zuanich park.

  • Included with your fare, you can bring any personal items such as groceries, luggage, coolers, etc. Large items such as Kayaks, rafts, appliances, etc. will be subject to a small freight fee, and we would appreciate a heads-up so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes! We love pets! You can bring your well-behaved pet free of charge. We ask that your dog remain leashed or kenneled in a travel crate.

    Please help us keep the seats pet-free. Claws tend to dig into the upholstery. Thanks for understanding!

  • We serve any island in the San Juans, for small private islands we will ask for a few more details when booking.

  • Let us know your preferred day and time, and we will contact you 3–4 days ahead of your trip with an actual time of departure once we figure out our route based on customer needs.

  • We are moored at gate 7 in Squalicum Harbor, we will typically depart from there but if passengers have large loads we can use the local boat ramp off Roeder Ave.

  • We will do our best to run-in all-weather conditions but there will be times when the wind is sustained over 35ish mph when it's just not safe. We won't put your life or ours in any danger. We will reschedule as soon as the weather breaks. Beach pick-ups are also an issue in big winds and swells so in this case we may ask you to try to get to the lee side of the island if possible
